Man Appears Before Committal Court for Stealing from Food Company

An employee of a food company in Port Moresby has appeared before the Waigani Committal Court for stealing 10 pallets of flour.

Frank Haka from Gulf province, was accused to have sold flour to a Wholesale in Gordons for K15,000, that is K13,000 less than its actual cost.

Police alleged that on 16 December, last year Haka conspired with others, stole 10 pallets from Goodman Fielders and after selling it, split the money with the accomplice.

This case returns to court for second mention in February.
