Luksave Estate yesterday entered phase two of their housing project at Morata in the nation’s capital.
After partnering with the Church of Christ, the estate will develop the area with 28 new houses.
Director Principal, Joe Nere’e, says Luksave Estate is building cheap but quality houses to allow middle class people to own their own home.
With two houses already standing, Luksave Estate clients could finally see what their future home will look like.
Located in Morata 1, the houses are going for K150,000 each.
Nere’e says providing cheap housing was the initial reason why the Luksave Estate started.
He says building materials were purchase locally to build the houses, hence making it cheaper.
The home will be five bedroom and have been created in the Melanesian way that allows space for extended family. Joe Nere’e says Luksave Estate speaks for itself in that they recognise the people’s needs, and will be able to create the homes around the specific need of the client.
