Kumul Petroleum commits K50,000 to 2018 Medical Symposium

PNG’s National Oil and Gas Company, Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited (KPHL) has committed K50 000 to support the 2018 Medical Symposium.

KPHL’s Managing Director, Wapu Sonk said the Medical Symposium was an important forum and KPHL has been supporting the event for several years.

“As the National Oil and Gas Company, KPHL has strong values and we are committed to promoting these values.”

“One of these values is health and well-being,” says Mr Sonk.

He added, that it was through their commitment to the annual Medical Symposium, that these values were being realized as such forum discussions would benefit the people of PNG, through finding solutions to medical issues affecting people.

President of the Medical Society of PNG, Professor Nakapi Tefuarani, expressed his gratitude and says they are grateful for any assistance they get, as the Society is a non-government organization, which depends on member’s subscriptions and donated funds from organizations, such as KPHL.
