A ruling for the Kagua Erave electorate in the Southern Highlands Province will be made tomorrow morning in Port Moresby.
Petitioner NemoYalo, the 11th runner up in this electorate today made a submission for the court not to extend time for the respondent to serve their affidavits on him.
His submission came after the first respondent and sitting Member James Lagea's Counsel requested for an extension.
Justice Colin Makail reserved his ruling for tomorrow morning.
Another case against the Electoral Commission and James Lagea brought about by the 10th runner-up Daniel Tulapi…. is also set for a ruling next week Monday.
