Oro Governor Gary Juffa has admitted failure onthe part of his Provincial Government for not preparing for the disaster caused by floods.
Coastal areas inthe province have been severely affected by major flooding caused by torrential rains.
Governor Juffa saidthe Provincial Administration should have prepared well in advance, based on past experiences.
