Judiciary sets a bench mark to deal with Election petitions

The Judiciary has decided to set a bench mark for itself.

It aims to deal with Election petitions in less than a year.

As of yesterday, 29 cases have already been dealt with by the Court of Disputed Returns.

Most of them have been dismissed or upheld by the courts while a few of them have been withdrawn.
