The fundamental basis for your everyday health is the very first and foremost goal you should work towards every single day. Having a variety of meals is the best approach for your everyday health. In the very first segment of this episode, Chef Francois demonstrates how the Pepper Chicken & Kebab Vegetables that you can find at the local markets and supermarkets.

Healthy Minds with Dr.Ambi covers the topic on “Hot to Prevent Teenage Pregnancy”. Teenage Pregnancy is a rather frightening reality that can somewhat change your life in an instant. Experiencing the reality of what you don’t intend to face is the worst feeling ever. Adolescence is the very stage where you think you should get a feel of almost anything that comes your way. Teenage pregnancy, according to research, is on the rise and there is a greater need for help and awareness for the younger generation.

Animal Ples is back again with more awareness on Animal Cruelty. Household pets are humans best friends. They are the best company that anyone could ever have. On Sunday the 9th of October, the RSPCA of Papua New Guinea conducted the Paws Walk with an aim to educate people about being responsible. RSPCA actively seeks to prevent cruelty to all animals.

Obviously, these people here have the passion for providing animal care and protection and that animal welfare is their top priority. The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Papua New Guinea is a charitable organisation committed to the welfare of all creatures great and small in Papua New Guinea. They run the only private veterinary clinic in Papua New Guinea to provide quality veterinary health care and assistance to all animals. This clinic is a non-profit organisation with all proceeds going to animal welfare. Also present at the event were the international sporting stars, Andrew Walker and Jason Smith.

Plants can be easily multiplied in several ways. There are certain types of plants that you can grow by trimming off a part of it to multiply. In this edition, Shelomi shows the difference between growing new plants from Cuttings and seeds.
