An ex-serviceman saysthPNG Defence Force needs a young soldier to take command and control.
Retire lieutenant colonel Francis Laklum said that it is not inthe best interest ofthe force northe country to recruit retired officers.
He made this statement following speculations ofthe replacement ofthe current commander.
