Digitec Roadshow 2016

In a one day roadshow held at the Holiday Inn Ballroom, Digitec Technologies showcased their various products and elaborated why Digitec was an upcoming competitor in the market.

The roadshow was witnessed by various public and private companies such as; Telikom PNG, IBBM Enterprise Centre, UPNG, NDB, Office of Climate Change, BPNG and more.

In graphical presentations the National Sales Manager for Power Shield, Steve Boehme and CEO of Digitec, Nirmal Singh spoke of various products and services provided by the company and how they vary from other IT companies to meet break point in their company.

Mr Singh, in his presentation reiterated that knowledge transfer is very important and that is not common among companies in Papua New Guinea. He also stated that Digitec is future ready, emphasising that companies change with time and technology and though being the underdog, Digitec is confident that their growth rate would be steady.

Digitec started in PNG 4 Years ago and since then are soon to launch two new subsidiary companies; E-tech a distribution company; the first of its kind in PNG and Digivoip, a telecommunication Company.

Upon initially starting the company in PNG, Digitec has invested K10 million into the economy, with a 1000 percent growth, and they are very hopeful for the future of their company in PNG, despite budget cuts by the government.
