Papua New Guinea’s Department of Commerce and Industry launched its first ever website on Friday, November 9th.
The launching of the website, www.dci.gov.pg was timely as investors and world leaders can be able to access it during the APEC CEO Summit.
After 43 years the Department of Commerce and Industry can finally be accessed among Papua New Guineans and the world.
Department Secretary, Andrew Liliura, says with the launch of the website the department can get in touch with local people, the government and other stake holders.
Minister for Commerce and Industry, Wera Mori, says with the APEC CEO Summit, the website presents an opportunity for the department to show what they do.
