The Capital Rugby Union (CRU) has confirmed their representative team to travel to Madang for the Duban Kalibobo Lighthouse Sevens.
The CRU Boromas comprise of players featured in Port Moresby’s prestigious competition.
Included in the team is former Pukpuks Jonah Kautu, Karo Kauna Jnr, and Koroseta Veni.
The team has had time to gel over the past two weeks and will travel to Madang under the stewardship of coach, Joe Kautu.
While the draws are yet to be released by tournament organisers, the Boromas are expecting some strong competition from Madang’s provincial side that featured in the recent National Provincial Championships, and of course rugby giants, AROB and Morobe.
