The Institute of National Affairs has urged that parties involved in upcoming resource project negotiations need to do so more transparently and hold institutions accountable.
In a recent interview with Business PNG, INA Executive Director, Paul Barker, said that previous projects, including the PNG LNG project, have demonstrated the lack of firm negotiations.
