The new Komo market and BeP branch were opened overthe weekend.
Representttatives fromthe LNG Project and BeP were joined bythe Deputy Governor, Thomas Potape to officially openthe facilities.
LNG’s Social Impacts Manager Sisa Kini saidthe facilities were made available following growing interest inthe local community, keen to generate income for themselves.
Ms. Kini saidthe market has been built in partnership withthe community andthe local government.
