Air Niugini welcomes Boeing 737: Pays dividend to government

The Aviation industry is said to earn only point five percent of Net Profit on Sales however, Air Niugini has performed well above the Global Performance Standard.

The state –owned airline company generated a dividend of over 6 point four million kina which was presented to the government on Wednesday.

It coincided with the arrival of the first Boeing 737 seven – hundred series to Port Moresby.
