The World’s Greatest

There is now no doubt that Usain Bolt is the greatest sprinter of all time.

Going to the Rio Olympics many questioned whether he could do the unthinkable by winning the triple-triple.

He didn’t have the best form going to the games, having a nagging hamstring injury.

Many critics said he would not be able to perform in Rio as he did in Beijing and London. But he quickly silenced them when he outran competition with ease, in the men’s 100m.

Then to the 200m where he had his sights on breaking his world record of 19.19seconds.

Although he missed out on setting a new world record, he strolled to Olympic glory with yet another gold medal.

He then cemented his immortality on the track with the Jamaican 4x100m team by taking Gold again as Usain Bolt anchored the Jamaicans home to his ninth Olympic Gold Medal.

Bolt now ends his decorated Olympic career with his name and country engraved in the world records for all three athletics sprinting events.
