The Port Moresby Women’s Softball Association (POMWSA) are gearing up for the 2016-2017 season, which is set to commence in October.
POMWSA executives are pleased with how the competition was run last season, and are looking forward to another exciting one this year.
The association is currently running the 2016 Corporate Slow Pitch competition as a major fundraiser for the upcoming season.
POMWSA is also looking at competing in the annual softball club championship later this year and will also be preparing for the Softball National Championships in April 2017.
After a successful previous season, they are now looking at expanding the competition, and making it bigger and better for the latter half of 2016.
