BSP South Africa Exchange Program

Three top performing officers from BeP will travel to South Africa on a three months exchange program.

It is part of BeP’s LLeadersip Exchange, one ofthe biggest banks in South Africa.

The three officers will train and learn new skills at a peer bank in Johannesburg.

BeP Group CEO Robin Fleming saidthe bank values skilled, trained and motivated staff as frontliers of modern banking,therefore,the exchange program is aimed at improving staff performance and more.

The K3 million program over three years, ensures thirty emerging lLeadersfromthe Bank will learn and experience more in one of South Africa’s largest banks.  Withthe rapid pace of change inthe FinancialIndustry,the program givesthem that exposure to international markets.

The first three BeP Staff to participate included Sandra Fore, Stanerd Wai and Joyce Narakobi. Their three counterparts fromthe South African Bank will travel tPNG to do likewise.

The officers are expected to deparPNG in September.
