People living in Alexishafen in Madang, have called on the health minister to resolve issues of irregularly salary payments to nurses at the local Catholic Church run hospital.
The call comes after a long running dispute that has forced health workers to go on strike several times this year.
For almost a year, nurses’ salaries have not been paid on time.
