Major shareholder of the Port Moresby Private Specialist limited today made its position clear over the merger tassel with Pacific International Hospital.
Petroleum Resource Gobe says the arrangement is a commercial decision, made with better Medical and Health services as the corner stone.
Chairman Philip Kende also said the shareholders' social obligations to the people and country far outweigh individual interest.
The merger has been challenged by another minor partner.
