Government allocates K5 million for SME Stimulus Package

The Department of Trade and Industry has been allocated 5-million-kina (K5 million) to implement the Twelve-Point Package for the Small and Medium Businesses.

The package is aimed at encouraging Papua New Guineans to start up small businesses in order to create employment.

This was all announced ahead on Monday by Prime Minister Peter O’Neill when unveiling the SME Stimulus Package.
