Education Minister Paru Aihi has lost his seat as the Member for Kairuku- Hiri Open in the Central Province in an election dispute.
The National election in Port Moresby ruled his election null and void on Monday following a challenge by runner up Peter Isoaimo.
The National Court further ordered a by- election to be conducted.
