Officer in charge of NCD Traffic Gideon Ikumu says most of them are reservists.
This has tarnished the reputation of his officers.
He says, his departments have received complaints from the public and will deal with the matter at the Police traffic level.
Meanwhile, he urged taxi and PMV operators to uphold traffic rules to ensure the safety of the passengers.
