November fuel price drop

Prices for all three petroleum products; petrol, diesel and kerosene have decreased slightly for the month of November.

The new prices for Petrol is K1.81 toea per litre, a decrease by two toea; Diesel – K1.96 toea per litre, a decrease by three toea and Kerosene – K1.95 toea per litre, a decrease by also three toea.

Officers from the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission will conduct inspections to all service stations starting tomorrow to ensure the products are sold at the approved prices.

ICCC Commissioner Dr Billy Manoka has urged all fuel suppliers and retailers to set their prices within the November’s allowable indicative retail price levels.
