Also in Morobe, Governor Kelly Naru says the Provincial government may take legal action against contractors and officers involved in the misuse of funds meant for the Lae Roads Rehabilitation Project.
Naru said the priority right now is to get the roads fixed and he has supported the Cabinet's decision to refer senior finance officers to the Police fraud squad and the sweep team.
