Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited has attributed its success this year to the hard working efforts of its staff in all 22 Provinces across Papua New Guinea.
This has culminated with it being awarded the best performing company in the inaugural Prime Minister’s Excellence Awards 2015.
The Chief Executive Officer of Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited (MVIL), Joe Wenim, also acknowledged its relevant stakeholders who played a part in influencing the positive outcome.
“We have delivered most of the results and employees played a major part.
“Our strategic plan 2013 to 2015 would not have been implemented without the commitment from you all,” he said.
Wemin also commended MVIL’s Board of Directors for their role in providing the guidance needed to implement the policy outcomes of MVIL.
Board Chairman of MVIL, Ken Ngangan, stressed that prudent leadership was the key to driving an organisation.
He made special mention to the CEO for providing that leadership to the staff of MVIL.
This success was celebrated with a closing Christmas dinner for all MVIL staff throughout the country last night in Port Moresby, at the MVIL headquarters.
