Investment in human resources is vital, as this will generate a brighter future for Bougainville.This are the words of wisdom from Bougainville Regional MP, Joe Lera.
Mr Lera believes that education as an integral part of developing the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.
Only if the Government invests in education, Bougainville would prosper, as part of the development goal.
Education is one of the pillars that the Office of the Bougainville Regional MP, has put in place, to support education, the human resource capacity in the autonomous region.
The office of the Bougainville Regional MP has allocated K1 million from the 2014 Provincial Improvement Program Funds.
It is committed to assists Bougainville students studying in tertiary institutions around the country and overseas with tuition fees. This the Way Forward in rebuilding Bougainville and for an educated society. Mr Lera says.
