State Enterprises Minister, Ben Micah, was happy of the new airport and terminal building of Hoskins in West New Britain Province.
Speaking to EMTV News in Hoskins, Mr Micah said he was very much impressed of the project that was delivered to the people of West New Britain.
“I would like to thank the National Airports Corporation and the Asian Development Bank for a very magnificent facilities, that includes the new airport and terminal building,”
“The PNG community will be accessing this province, through the airport, for business, holidays and many other activities where people will be involved as part of the province economic development and growth.”
Minister Micah says this is a boost to state owned enterprises, and the focus is to bring service to the people.
“It will be a major boost to stakeholders like the National Airline, Air Niugini, as people will be flying with the Bird of Paradise and accessing this facility,” Minister Micah said.
