The ‘Walk for Life’ Program has so far attracted thousands, who have joined the campaign for good health since it started.
Among them were people with special needs, who also joined the campaign.
The ‘Walk for Life’, yesterday morning, was hosted by Westpac Bank.
The images (shown above in video), shows people from all walks of life, who have joined the ‘Walk for Life’, men, women, youths, children and even persons with special needs.
And it’s one of the first ever which the Westpac Bank has hosted.
It began at 5am, from Jack Pidik Park to Ela Beach, downtown Port Moresby.
Westpac PNG Head of Retail Banking, Cameron Penfold said, health is the greatest gift, a healthy person, a healthy mind and who will be productive in aspects of life.
Mr Penfold said healthy living is promoted in the workplace, for its employees to be productive.
The Walk for Life Program is aimed to create a healthy population in Port Moresby, and comes with health and inspirational messages.
