It is now confirmed that recently demoted Warriors Captain, Ryan Hoffman, will not be on the team next season.
His replacement, 23 year old, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, has already shown promising leadership qualities.
The club did not run short of possible replacements, as Hoffman’s demotion also saw the signing of a 5-year contract with Tohu Harris, apart from Tuivasa-Sheck promotion to captaincy.
Warriors Coach, Stephen Kearney, said Hoffman understands why all this has to happen, and that the club needs to keep going.
After so many distractions over the past couple of days, especially with the changes made, the team is now focused on the Downer Auckland Nines this weekend.
