Hunters Sign Deal With National Football Stadium

The PNG Rugby Football League, on behalf of the Hunters, has signed a 5-year partnership deal with the National Football Stadium, or NFS.

The National Football Stadium will be the home of the Hunters, and for rugby league.

This follows the signing of an agreement between the Lloyd Robson Oval Trustees and PNG Rugby League. Last year was the first time the PNG Hunters played all their home matches at the NFS.

Lloyd Robson Oval Trustee Chairman, Peter Botten says, NFS is happy to be in partnership with PNGRFL, and to have the Hunters play their home games at the venue.

PNGRFL Chairman, Sandis Tsaka, says they are happy with the partnership.

Tsaka added with the world class facility available for rugby league will also improve the standard of competition.
