The National Court in Port Moresby will hand down a verdict on the misappropriation case involving senior members of the Western Provincial Government tomorrow morning.
The parties include Western Governor, Ati Wobiro, Provincial Administrator, Dr. Modowa Gumoi, and local businessman, Norman May.
It is alleged the three defendants conspired to set up the Fly Care Foundation and used over K7 million – money belonging to the provincial administration in 2015.
The verdict will be handed down by National Court Judge Justice Martin Ipang.
