Undialu: Letter Not fraudulent

Koroba Kopiago MP, Philip Undialu, says the letter he released on Tuesday is from the Office of Inter-Government Relations.

In a statement received by EMTV News, MP Undialu said he was asked to collect the copy from Kitpeng Building early this week.

Undialu claims all three MPs of Hela including Provincial Administrator William Bando, was asked to collect their copies.

Undialu claimed that the letter is not fraudulent as alluded to by Assembly-elected Hela Governor Francis Potape.

On Wednesday this week, Hela Governor Francis Potape called for an investigation by Minister responsible, Sir Leo Dion.

Potape described the release of the letter as work of power hungry people seeking attention. “The letter is causing confusion and uncertainty for the people of Hela”, said Potape.

However, Inter Government Relations Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Sir Leo Dion maintained that no letter was signed and released by him, over the Hela Governor elections.

Minister Dion said he did not released a letter since the matter was under court processing.
