Two Foreigners Murdered

Two Bangladesh men aged 20 and 19 wre killed in the National Capital last night, and their bodies are nw at the Port Moresby Funeral home.

Metropolitan Superintendent Peter Guiness confirmed the deaths and said the deceased were employees of Bismil trading.

 

He said two local employees of the company killed the men, but the motive is yet to be established.

 

The identities of the suspects are known and Police are confident of arrests.

 

Meanwhile, Goroka and Port Moresby police headquarters are tight lipped over the reported killing of 11 people at the Kombri valley in the Eastern Highlands.

 

It was reported that they were gunned down in an apparent tribal feud.

 

Goroka Police would only say a full report had gone to Konedobu but the Chief of Operations Simon Kauba, could not be contacted.
