Today Deputy Team Manager for Team Central spoke about the final preparations of team central with only less than one hundred days remaining.
Mr Kavana is certain that team central in heading in the right direction as all athletes, team managers and coaches are working together to finalize things for the PNG Games.
Team central will see 25 sporting codes compete against the rest of PNG in Lae this November, come the BSP PNG Games.
For each of the codes, team central is now undergoing its final selection preparations for all athletes before the final team is announced.
Deputy Team Manager for central Henry Kavana is urging all team managers and coaches to finalize all team selection lists and to submit to team central committee.
Hernry said only thing remaining for all officials and athletes is the team and individual levies for the athletes. Since team central fundraising they made up to K800 000 and are in the right direction towards their target budget for the 6th BSP PNG Games.
He said unlike the last PNG Games Team central will be now represented by 25 different sporting codes in the BSP PNG Games and more medals are expected to be won.
