NCD Governor Powes Parkop’says enough is enough onthe betelnut issue and he is not moverd by threat of violence from vendors overthe ban.
He says it is now time for residents and visitors abide bythe rules adding thatthe proposed control and regulation provisions due in April arethe beginning of many steps to keepthe city clean.
