O’Neill leads with more than 16,000 votes after count-38

Counting continues in Southern Highlands Province and Prime Minister and Member for Ialibu Pangia Peter O’Neill is leading in his electorate after count 38.

He is well ahead of his rivals with 16, 583 votes as of yesterday evening.

In the regional seat, PNG Candidate William Powi is leading after count 31.
