Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited was awarded the 2015 Prime Minister’s Award for Service Innovation, Improvement and Achieving Better Outcomes.
MVIL’s Chief Executive Officer Joe Wemin during the celebrations thanked staff and stakeholder who have contributed to this achievement.
“MVIL has fulfilled a vision it had three years ago. I want to attribute this achievement to the hard working team of MVIL and a dedicated board,” Mr. Wemin said.
MVIL’s board chairman and Finance Secretary Dr.Ken Ngangan challenged the management of MVIL to improve on its customer service approach.
He also challenged the organisation to use the technology available to improve services in the areas of transport monitoring, licensing and registration.
MVIL was the first organisation to go cashless, a first approach taken to implement the organisation’s three year strategic plan.
With the recent opening of its Manus Branch, MVIL now has 21 branches and four sub branches nationwide.
