Ilimo Dairy, run by Innovative Agro Industry (IAI), has jumped on board as a sponsor of the Hiri-East RFL Competition which will now be known as the Hiri–East Ilimo Cup 2018.
This competition will see six (6) teams from Tubusereia, Barakau, and Gaire villages compete against each other. Last week, Ilimo Dairy announced their support to the Hir-East RFL Competition.
This event was held at Gaire Village and witnessed by the local community and representatives from the six participating teams. The competition will now be known as the Hiri–East Ilimo Cup for the 2018 season.
IAI Business Development Manager, Gallit Tamir, says with the recent announcement of Central Province Dabari’s bid to participate in the Digicel Cup 2019 season, it is important for the community to develop the local leagues that will act as a talent pool for the team.
As part of the sponsorship, Ilimo Dairy will provide referee shirts and trophies for the competition winners.
