PNG Rugby Football League Chief Executive Officer, Bob Cutmore, has confirmed the playing dates for the remaining SP Hunters home games at the National Football Stadium in Port Moresby.
Cutmore said the dates and days have been confirmed with the Queensland Rugby League.
The Hunters return tomorrow after their ANZAC Day clash against Burleigh Bears, and will have four days to prepare for another top of the table clash.
The match against the Redcliffe Dolphins is another important match as the annual Stan Joyce Cup will be contested, and the Hunters will be out to retain the cup. The match will be played here in Port Moresby at the National Football Stadium on Saturday.
After the Redcliffe match, there will be seven more home games remaining with two lots of three consecutive home games. The final season proper home game will be played on Sunday, August 28 at 3pm against the Sunshine Coast Falcons.
The finals series follows the weekend after and depending on where the Hunters end up on the ladder, a home finals game may be possible. An updated draw is being printed and will be distributed through the media as well as various retail outlets.
