It is for the first time, a team from Hohola Offseason rugby league will represent the suburb come the Coca-Cola Ipatas Cup, 2018.
Proud and happy, Team Manager, Raymond Michael, said sending a team to Gabagaba on Saturday, for a trial match in the Central Province will be used as part of the team’s selection, into the Coca-Cola Ipatas Cup.
He said it was a very difficult decision, to select the trial team, but said he was very picky, especially with vast raw talent, in ensuring that the best team was selected for the trial match.
Association President, Lakape Penge, said final selection into the Ipatas Cup competition will be announced later.
Chairman Samas Talin alluded that Hohola Off-Season Rugby League has produced magnificent rugby league talents that are ready to take the next step.
Hohola Rugby League competition will be in its fifth round, of the Season proper, next weekend.
