Capital Rugby Union teams Boromas and Gaigais showed strength and pure class over the Daru Stingrays and Oro Fuzzies on Saturday, in the opening matches of the Export Rugby Championship.
From kick off in game one it was evident the Port Moresby Boromas had the game under control.
With the experience of Tissa Kautu, Desmond Korpok, Stanis Susuve and Willie Rikis , the Boromas showed more class and skill over the Oro Fuzzies who have yet to further develop the code within the province.
The Boromas maintained their performance, fending off the Oro Fuzzies from scoring all throughout the match, ending with a score of 26-0 in favour of the Boromos.
In the second match the Gaigais also managed to keep the Stingrays from scoring, with the full time score being 30-3.
