The projects were signed overthe weekend between Central Province and American Besed company Clean Energy Solutions.
Central Province Governor Kila Haoda saysthe project is a new beginning for the people of Central Province.
Governor Haoda and members ofthe Provincial Government met with Clean Energy Solutions CEO Craig Cox and his team.
Also present was Rigo MP and Minister for Transport Ano Pala and Chairman ofthe Eda Ranu Beard Mary Karo.
The met for whatthey coined a historic moment for the Province -the development of solar and biomass power plants.
Governor Haoda saidthe project will now propelthe province into prosperity.
Clean Energy Solutions were introduced to Governor Haoda by Minister for State Enterprise Ben Micah. After successful negotiations, development ofthe projects was agreed upon.
CEO Craig Cox saidthe project would bring in many off-shoot benefits for the people.
Rigo MP Ano Pala backed Governor Haoda and urged him to sign.
