PNG Hebou Barramundis arethe 6th team inthe Premiere League alongside ther local teams from South Australia.

The inclusion oPNG Barramundis inthe South Australian Cricket Association’s premiere league gives great opportunity for local players to be exposed atthe first-class level and play some quality cricket on a weekly basis.

CrickePNG’s chairman Mick Nades was elated when South Australian cricket association confirmedthe inclusion ofthPNG Hebou Berramunids.

CrickePNG’s success is underpinned by good governance and administration and has strong corporate support from within PNG

For most ofthe Berramudnis squad members, this is a lifetime opportunity as most players will basically earn a living from playing cricket.

This great result has come about as a result of a great junior development program and an impressive women’s cricket team as well.
