Member for Imbongu and Minister for Works and Transportation, Francis Awesa, earlier today congratulated Peter O’Neil for retaining his seat.
“The people have voted for this change in leadership because of his policies on free education, free health services and better modern infrastructure developments such as the Highlands Highway and Gulf, Southern Highlands Province and Hela Highway projects.” Mr. Awesa Said.
He further called on all independent and current coalition partners to give Mr. O’Neil their full support in the next five years of Parliament so that the policies implemented over the last eight months can continue to be maintained.
