His advice to emerging and aspiring accountants was to have to the ability, to be confident, to be leaders, to inspire and be the change that people can become part of.
President of CPA PNG, Richard Kuna, said currently with the country’s economic satiation, making right choices and decisions on countries imports and exports is necessary.
To students learning to become accountants, Kuna said employers are looking for accountants with certificates, and students must complete all subjects to be an account.
CPA PNG AND CPA AUSTRALIA, President James Kruse said with growing economy and with country’s booming LNG projects, accountings firms will face challenges. But they must adapt.
He added the beauty of being an accountant today, is that you get an opportunity to work around the world.
