POM Women Entrepreneurs Have Access to Conduct Their Business

Women entrepreneurs in Port Moresby now have access to much needed space to conduct their businesses.

This was made possible through the efforts of the PNG Women in Business.

The entrepreneurs have used the space for the first time at the 10 day Women in Business Expo.

The former Hardware Haus building within the Steamships Compound at Waigani in the Nation’s Capital, has become a melting pot of talents and skills of women entrepreneurs.

The third Women’s Expo is currently underway with many stalls displaying the different businesses run by women.

From arts and crafts, fashion, menu’s and various other businesses.

PNGWIB Executive Director, Janet Sape, said the venue has and will continue to open doors for the entrepreneurs.

The Women’s Expo is open to the general public and will close on September 25.
