Amongthe many foreign investments inthe country, a Chinese property developer has begun investing K150 million in an accommodation venture in Port Moresby to develop world class apartments for people living inthe country.
Jinyn Developments Limited has started construction work onthe SeaviewInternational Garden at Badili.
The development of SeaviewInternational Gardens will take place on Two Mile Hill in Badili along Hurbert Murray Highway. About twelve apartments will be erected on 15, 000 kilometers of land mass, overlookingthe sea.
Developer, Jinyn Developments says, starting today, it will carry outthe construction work in three phases through its subcontractor,the China Railway Company Group – also a Chinese Company. Once completed,the SeaviewInternational Gardens will lease and sellthe properties to interested companies and individuals, but will be managed bythe developer.
Jinyn Developments takes pride in believing thatthe development will targetthe elite and executive workers inthe country. The company says it is safety conscious and hasthe approval ofthe lands and physical planning board.
This property will be among many ther developments taking place inthe City asthe country experiences an economic boom.
