More than a million kina will be allocated in April to addressthe betelnut (‘buai’ in tok pisin) issue inthe country’s capital.

Deputy City Manager Honk Kiap saysthe board has come up with two options.

One is to rent cottages to vendors andthe ther isthe construction of a betelnut market inthe outskirts of Port Moresby.
