Chairman ofthe Motu Koita Assembly Miria Ikupu has appealed to Prime Minister to direct NCDC to paythe assembly its dues.
Mr Ikupu saysthe commission has held back funds facingthe assembly to cease municipal services.
He putthe amount at K50 million.
