RPNGC Succession Program Launched

Police Commissioner Tom Kulunga has launchedthe Royal Papua New GuineaConstabulary Succession program atthe Bemana Police College outside Port Moresby on Monday.

The program is a joint initiative ofthe Royal Papua New GuineaConstabulary anPNG Australia Policing Partnership.

This is central tothe Police top management desire to develop a pool of qualiflied and professional senior lLeaders

The senior lLeadersip program will be delivered in three phases between May and December this year.

Commissioner Tom Kulunga saidthe program is specifically tailored towardsthe development of individual lLeadersip skills.
